Day 19 ( started no nut november but will continue to the full 90 days ) i felt bad today and sometimes feel the urge to have sex and pretty much nut but i can handle it because it is worth it for long lasting results. Lets go guys !

 

pretty normal. get used to it. but rest assure in the end it will pay out.

 

How long it will take to turn back to normal? Like it used to be?

zombie state is gone. i feel the energy is coming back and so does the urges. oh yeah???? c´mon bitches, you´re in for a bad time!!!

 

At the end of Day2 I relapsed guys. The whole day I was battling the urges...but tonight I relapsed. Today was very tough day for me regarding urges.

 

this is not math. it depends on a lot of factors (age, level of addiction, overall health, etc).
every reboot is different, but as time goes by your brain will adjust to normal levels of well-being hormones, and you´ll feel happy, confident and energetic. some brothers call it super-powers, in fact it´s just your natural state of being that porn stole away.

 

don´t beat yourself up. usually urges take possession when you´re in a idle situation. try to stay busy and don´t be alone at least the first weeks. relax and start again when you feel ready.

 

Guys today night just an halfanhour back I relapsed. So I decided to Go on Ultra Monk mode. No more internet which include no more smartphone or laptop (Going to lock these away). So I will come back to visit this forum after somedays. Till then i will be off the internet grid. I successfully adapted novels into my life along with gym. So from now i will concentrate on my studies more. I reset my counter few mintues back. Guys all the best on your streaks. Gonna miss this forum. This new streak it must beat my old one having around 45 days. Cheers.

Today was actually the hardest. The urges were overwhelming. But I got through the day. As I'm typing this, I'm feeling proud of myself. I want to etch this feeling in my memory so that I can think of this moment whenever I have urges in the future.

 

I relapsed, fuck. Hope I don't binge it. Why it's so damn easy for others?

And I guess I also go to the ultra monk mode now like @Srisurya ,I don't thrash my mobile away. ..

Day 8 done and dusted, time for a much deserved rest in preperation for day 9! Let’s go bois!
