Today I will not use porn because I can get happiness through many ways and I will not feel regretted and pain, so why should I use it to torture myself?

 

Today no pmo, because im in the process of getting clean. No more self sabotage. Yes to consistency. Gotta keep it real and be true to myself.
Its a privilege to be on the nofap lifestyle. The hard moments are good too for building character.
No more excuses, lets keep those numbers rising
