Sex causing me to go back into flatline.

The cycle is always the same with me; 24-48h after stopping sex and masturbation I go into "erectile flatline" (penis shrivels up and becomes lifeless, very difficult to get an erection, and can't keep it very easily or even at all) I stay in this state for 2-3 weeks and then all of a sudden my penis starts to feel alive and I can get an erection very easily. then I have sex and immediately go back into a flatline.
This has happened the last few times I have tried to reboot.

The best no PMO streak I've ever had was over a year ago and was around 30days, and when I started having sex after those 30days I never went back into flatline, for the next 3 months I was having regular sex with no issues, I gave up porn for a total of 4 months and only masturbated here and there... everything was great until I fell back into hold habits.

What I don't understand is why the last few times sex is sending me back into flatline... I know I should try go for 90 days, and see if that makes a difference which I will do, I'm just confused why this is happening when it didn't happen before?

Anyone got through this?

 

How often do you orgasm? have you been on a long streak without any orgasm at all?

 

So do you think trying to have a no orgasm streak for a bit longer to see if it comes right?

I'm hoping 90 days will get me back to having sex without going into flatline, but at the same time I wonder if Nofap does more harm than good, I definitely believe in quitting porn, but maybe not having an orgasm here and there messes with your brain just as much as watching porn...

 

Just an update that might give you a bit of hope, my flatline came to an end, it's something to be very careful of, since my flatline ended I have been very hory, I have not watched porn but I have masturbated almost everyday since my flatline ended because I feel so horny... but I lot of it is also because I am using it to cure boredom which I need to try and fix, I am by no means cured, I still don't have 100% morning wood etc but I would consider myself out of flatline (at least from a sexual perspective)
