I have given this title because I feel that I don't have any option or choice left apart from doing nofap...
    My introduction-
Iam 26 year old boy hooked up to porn and masterbation for about 10 years ...My last 5 years were full of porn and masterbation....I was fapping multiple times per day...
    Why did I start nofap?
In Dec 12 2016 I experienced one epilepsy attack at bathroom due to over fapping and lack of sleeps..The cause of epilepsy was due to weakness of nerves due to over fapping....When I took hot shower I got unconscious...From
that instance I got to know that fapping is very dangerous so I started to quit this addiction...I never had abstained even more that 20 days before that incident...
    Where Iam now?
I have currently finished day 31 of nofap hard mode and still counting days ...In last 6 months I tried hard and reached some minor milestones of 26,28 and 29 days...My monthly average in last 6 months is around 4 times per week..
What's my experience in these 31 days?
First of it was very hard...I have seen low than high in this journey...I almost flatlined for the whole month...I was feeling bit better between 14-24 days...From 25 days it was hell on earth...Iam experiencing severe anxiety, panic attacks,Head pressure,Dizziness,Tremors, high heart rate ,jelly legs etc as withdrawal symptoms...I am not in a state to enjoy this victory and Infact Iam feeling hopeless...
    Benefits I noticed so far!
    1.Increased energy for sure.
2.Social anxiety is reduced significantly and can hold a good conversation with anyone...
3.Started to enjoy little things in life such as the morning sunlight, birds pleasent tones etc
4.Increased confidence and proud feeling have started to arrive..
    5.Good quality of sleep.
    6.My digestion is improved significantly..
My next target is 60 days and I will definitely post after my 60 day mark!
Also if you are interested in my daily journal please go through the below link!

  2. Brother u have to understand that the porn addiction is trying to make you feel hopeless it wants you to go back don’t let it fool you. Believe me porn is something that has affected us within ourselves and has a strong hold on us and is going to do everything it can to make u go back! You won’t feel that way forever fight it and keep on moving day by day use that hopelessness and find something to use it for a hobby or to push yourself even more to succeed. Withdrawals can be a pain and very severe but fighting thru it is the best way u can do for yourself.

Wow brother. You have been going strong for a lot :) Congratulations and very solid suggestions. I have fought with withdrawal syndromes a lot so I know the struggle. I hope the OP is able to fight on.

I totally agree with you my bro...At high anxiety times I feel like Iam looser and when that storm stops i feel like Iam winner..Porn definitely try to fool us by rationalising or even by making us feel hopeless...Thanks for ur words bro!

Yea brother..It's game of consistency..If we leave good positive habits then we will surely have a relapse so consistency of good habit is the key for success...

  10. I dunno how much of fapping causes an epilepsy attack.
But over fapping is probably the worst thing one could do himself/herself. I guess normal rate should be twice a month.
But for guys like us who did this multiple times a day for more than a decade, noFap is definitely the way ahead. I am on Day 38 myself, and hope to see you on the other side of the journey :)

Iam not exactly saying that fapping causes epilepsy...In my whole life I have experienced only one epilepsy attack...The thing is fapping makes our nerves weaker...Due to over fapping my nerves in the forehead became weaker...when I took hot shower my nerves became numb and I became unconscious...Doctor name it as hot water epilepsy...

Brother, I applaud you for sharing this. Know that you are not the only one under this vice of PMO. We are all in it in this community. I would advise you to take the focus of your streaks and focus on other things. When we focus on the streaks it is just a matter of time before we get back to where we started. Journaling about your success in other areas of your life replaces those relapse thoughts with your success. It takes about 6 months to create a new habit. When those thoughts of PMO come, know that the moment you say NO your body starts to respond immediately, and it gets easier the more time you say NO! It is like walking away from a bad relationship, and We are here when you are in need of emotional support because We all do need it in this. Go get em CHAMP!!!

Thanks for sharing your words...These words matters a lot..This community is really good...I know it's hard to say NO but if I want YES in my happy life then I should start enforcing NO to my bad habits...
