Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Next weekend I will not use porn because it is better if I spend that time thinking about life in general.

 

I will also not use porn or erotic videos because I always lose time afterwards and this makes me stressed. Why do something that makes you feel good in the moment but TERRIBLE afterwards?

 

Today I will not use porn because I will never get where I want to go if I don't take the first steps.

 

Today I will not do porn because I feel so much better without it.

 

Today I will not use porn because it made me into trash, i'm rebuilding myself into a whole different person now. It's going to be really hard, every day.

Today I will not do pmo, because im still in the process of recovery, and my Life is slowly but surely improving. I want to improve more on health, social life, eventually finding a soul mate, and being a good and righteouss person. Of course I will have to do the (flowing) effort for these matters, it won't come by sitting in my room.
But I know for sure that the habit and addiction of pmo will slow my progress down, and will make me go even in the negative direction, instead of the positive direction.
I thought i was free of this habit, but then boom, relapse happened. So I'm very determined, but i can't be overconfident about this, i have to stay vigilent. It scares me a bit how strong the magnetic working of this addiction is. That's why I have to choose every day to not do pmo, no matter what. This choice will definitely pay off.
So no pmo for me today, because i want to progress my life into the right direction, I want to be master of myself, I want to be healthy, and I want to be able to trust myself when I make a commitment, especially when it's a commitment as serious as this one. Keep going well & healthy guys

Started to look at porn. I stopped and I am going to abstain for the rest of the week. I believe in freewill and I will demonstrate that I have freewill through my choice to abstain. I will abstain because I believe that sexual pleasure is a gift from God that is not to be used in a selfish, hedonistic manner but so that we may give pleasure to the woman that would be our life partner even as she does so for us.

 

Today I will not use porn because I'm saving my life force energy for creating a creating a new reality with abundance joy and fullfillment.

Today I will not use porn because I haven't become a monster yet but soon I will be, I don't feel like being something I don't recognize, I wanna make some changes to enrich my life, I will make good use of every day.
