No, i'm not talking about the little drips you see down there. I'm talking about cumming huge loads, as if you busted a nut after having sex or fapping by yourself. And you feel like you are drained and empty. I get this every time i reach a nofap streak of 7-14 days. I swear by now i could have reach 40 days+. But ermm, i did kinda relapse/fap for real after waking up and finding out i jizzed in my pants. I know i'm wrong for doing this. Y'all would say it's the body's natural way to remove excess sperm since i fapped a lot previously and the production of sperm is not normal. I would say i couldn't agree more. But i get extremely horny after cumming in my pants. And I need to wash my junk with SOAP. And that is one of the things i use as lube when i fap. Not just that, i feel guilty, sad, or stress. So i relapsed. Actually, i would say i busted 80% of my nut. I feel like 20% is still in me, so that's why i could still get a erection and fap. Urgghhhh. This can't continue. I want to change myself before it's new year. Someone tell me if there's a 100% method on how to not get wet dreams. I have 0, literally 0 urges to fap or watch porn. The only thing that is holding me back from doing nofap is this problem. Please help me.

  2. AFAIK, wet dreams are something that your body does, and you can't stop it without castration.

My suggestion is not to wash just your "junk" but rather to have a shower or bath. That way, you're associating soap with cleaning, not with lube. It'll also set you up to smell better during the day; I'm guessing that you sweat when you have a wet dream.

What is AFAIK? Anyway, yes of course i had a proper shower. I wake up at 3-4AM usually when i have this wet dreams, so i'll just take a shower. And no, i don't sweat when i have a wet dream. I sleep in a room with air conditioner. Also, i don't think anyone would sweat because of a wet dream. It's not like it's nightmare.

  4. Sorry, AFAIK means "as far as i know "

I was hoping that you could remove the association between soap and sex, because they don't belong together.

Sorry, I have no other suggestion.

It's fine. Hopefully others might help me soon. Thanks for trying though.

  6. You just have to essentially deal with it, some don't get wet dreams much if at all, and others get lots throughout their recovery. You get randy after because of the chaser effect when o'ing, so if it's just from wet dreams and you're not doing anything else M or P there's not much you can do about it.

I have gotta agree with @Ginny Weasley on this one. The Chaser effect is a b$%^/h. Busting a nut with a wet dream is natural. When I quit dip, I has dreams so f@#$%^g real I could feel, taste, and smell the dip in my lip. The Shame of caving was also real.
But here is the thing. IT'S A GOOD D!@N SIGN! YOUR BODY IS RESETTING ITSELF BACK TO NORMAL. So be encouraged.
As to jerking it after you realize you came, stop being a p!@$$y. Your option to choose the right choice doesnt start in the shower, it begins when you realize you had a wet dream. I've never had one so yeah I may not know 100%. But noone is putting a gun to your head and saying play wid it.
Sack up and do what you know you need to do.

  8. Hmm, what about distancing yourself from the wet dream?

What I mean by that is giving yourself time and distraction between waking up and having a shower. Get up; clean with tissue and cleaning wipes; have breakfast; exercise or whatever; and only when you've calmed down, go shower.

Might that help? It's worth an experiment.
