Does anyone know a P blocker that is free and efficient ? Because I test some of them on my browser but all was easy to switch off. Moreover I relapse again this morning...

 

Day 14/21.

 

1/21 after relapse. Lost a good job offer because of overthinking maybe because of my porn use. But had gf come over yday and relaxed with her. Told her I won't be watching porn again and she understood. Fighting urges today and hoping to stay clean and go to the gym
