Restarted Krav Maga when I got home for Christmas break. Haven't worked out that hard in 6 months. Straight up more endorphins than a 3 or 4 jackoff session. Feels great to be back alive.

 

1/21: Hands and Mind off!

 

Lost a whole long streak... But now I know I can do it. I'll reach even further! Time to move on!

- I hope to implement cold showers & workouts in my life now!
- Also, hopefully to work around my parents instead of being alone (this often causes my relapses).
