how longest streak you ever has?

For me it was 12 days ... It's not about streak and all but it's about giving up on porn totally.once ur totally rebooted u won't get any urge to see porn or m .

 

2 months. How I got it? Well I had some great action in life, that I even forgot about pmo. Also I was mentally strong and knew what I wanted from Life at that moment. But the thing is u can not be always strong, there are times when you are not in shape. And I have to figure out how to deal with that...

 

well.. this is my longest streak right now.. 18 days

 

for me it was 14 days .

 

6 days... 5 maybe

I have quit alcohol, drugs, tobacco, meat, and sweets.
Now the most exciting and supposedly, for me, difficult task ever: quitting porn and masturbation.

This is exciting!!!

 

the key is to not think about PMO. If you over think it, you are probably going to relapse. There is a balance.

 

You're right, I guess, except for the last sentence. I don't know about the fapping, but I've heard from a lot of people that urges to look at porn can still come up and be very strong, even after years! Of course, your personality will (hopefully - after all, that's what we're aiming for here) be strong enough then to not give in.

As for me, knowing this helps me to tackle one day at a time and always keep on the watch.

you got a point here today i started thinking about porn on a bus cause that way the urges to pee would stop and ended up relapsing :/ this sucks but next time i'll last a lot more take my word

 

My longest streak is 11 days. Unfortunately, that ended when I relapsed last night. It seems like every time I try to reboot, I go for a whole week without PMO, and then I'm sucked back into the cycle.
