Day 3/90. Woke up with a really bad headache, it was an uneventful day

68/90...riding the ups and downs of inner fire sometimes it’s warm: nice and cozy inside, peaceful. Sometimes it’s not enough fire: cold and dead feeling, just blah, bored. And sometimes it’s a f*#+ing inferno burning me up and making me want to unleash hell on the world. But if I don’t pmo, I get to the other side of each fire inside, and I’m able to just watch. I think this is where peace lies. Still a daily struggle, but it gets better the more I resist the addiction. Just get through the fire today...
