Thanks guys. At the moment it just feels good to have abstained for a while and to be seriously working on myself. Let's keep working on ourselves :)

I'm back after almost two months. Why I abandoned? Cause I thought I was out of it, free from the addiction. I thought that this community was a constant reminder of porn and masturbation so if I really wanted to get rid of it I would have to leave the group. I was wrong. In the last two months I relapsed five or six times (I was able to make a 20 days streak) so I said to myself: "Cut all the bullshit and go back there". So here I am, day 0, with a great need for help.

Problem is, this time, that I don't feel all that guilt and brain fog and so on that kept me away from pmo in the first place. I feel good, as good as I have always been during nofap. This prevents me from going back on track.
Please, help. Just a word could be useful.

Nofap isn't a magic medicine that will make your life better automatically. It's a foundation for true self-reflection. Nofap makes it somewhat easier to discover what really makes you happy, what you really want your life to look like.
If you feel good, ask yourself why that is. You've got the answers.

Yep, the effects of a relapse were usually pretty tough for me too. Emotional shock therapy.
