    Hey,

So today I looked at some pretty mild porn.. for like 10-15 minutes max. I don't feel like I need to reset the counter, but is this small time damaging to my goal of recovering from PIED? I feel like even this small time has ruined the past 4 days of porn-free, but maybe not? Idk.. thoughts?

did you touch yourself ?...if not then your doing great the hardest part in the lifestyle change is not watching it at all , i'm sure we can all watch porn and not touch ourselves for a short amount of time. keep in mind why your doing this .

Nope, just looked up a couple things. No full nudity, if that means anything. I'm just curious what the root of the PIED is.. is it sexual images.. or touching myself using sexual images. Hmm

PIED is porn induced erectile disfunction. Honestly its up to you the hardest thing now if for me not to look at bikini photos honestly. But cutting out porn is number one and no it didn't hurt you. And in fact if resetting your counter would put you in a mode like oh screw this I'm gonna binge then no I would recommend you take note like I did this on this day and try to go without it and just forget about it I suppose. And try to go on without it. good luck man

Watching porn for 5 - 10 mins during a nofap streak is not a sin - but it is not recommended by any of the folks who have completed month-long and above nofap streaks. It's a trigger and you never know when you'll end up touching yourself and later giving in.

I don't think it's a good idea at all. Don't worry about resetting your counter. Use it as an opportunity to notice the addiction in yourself. The way your addiction wants to trick you into thinking that a little porn is ok. The truth is that it will eventually turn into twice a week, then twice an hour.

Its like putting a matchstick and cigarette in front and thinking of quitting smoking. How long will you be able to resist that way.Its not just avoiding fap its about not being obsessed with nofap as well.

Yeah...just tonight i was about to go to bed, i was watching tv , and flicked to the channel with all the euro movies on it. Yep straight up there was a movie that would have sex and nudity. I dwelt there for few minutes then dug in and flicked it off... Pretty happy with that. Normally i would A/ edge, B/ watch movie till 2am c/ be masturbate...
But i didnt cave... "One small nofap for man one big nofap for mankind"

By the looks of your counter, did you have a relapse? In your post you mention "4-days of porn-free" but your counter says 1 day since last PMO. Here's my point - If you look at porn you will PMO soon. It's a fact. Don't look at porn, no good can come of it.

Good luck on your journey, you can do this!

You are right, nomo - relapse. Just looking at it is like a time-bomb. Going to trying to refrain from that

I'm on my fourth try since starting this in December. A couple of days ago I wised up and swore off looking at Porn. It's the only way I can think of really coming clean and rebooting. Good luck.
