I relapsed....
i got day 6 and now i relapsed i feel so exhausted and guilty... but i see that porn was my biggest problem. I couldn't be happy because of porn!

day 0 again.

PS. if someone have time to help me find accountability partner ill be grateful.
ehhh im sad tbh.

 

Day 2 over no problem. But it's going to get really tough this night.

Day 2 - No distraction no urges.. but phone sex moments stuck in my mind.it coming in mind again and again...feeli fe guilty for my past...I will bounce back..no doubt..

So glad I managed to control myself last night.

 

finally 1 week..just on the verge of relapse however successfully self-controlled.....long way to go
