I thought I had this all under control by now, but then had some crazy intense sexual desires come and go the past couple weeks. Fortunately, all this time of being pmo free has broken my habit of turning to pmo, and that broken habit provides enough resistance to the idea to keep me away from it. That and posting on this forum.

DAY 3 - I am facing problem with dirty dreams during sleeping. No urges in Day. Doing well. I am trying to stay busy in my studies.

 

Fell really bad this year, possibly my worst relapse after a good 35 day start of 2018. God Willing, 2019 and beyond will be completely PMO free. Glad to be back brothers and sisters.
