    Hello am new here an doing NoFap two years ago and every time i faled the longer time was two mounth i feel à lot of change but i cant achieve 90 day am so sad any advice i think of sex à lot i think of fucking bitches i dont know what i do to stop thinking any advice plz sorry my english its to bad i speak frunch but i do m'y best
