Hi everyone! After some decent streaks in the second half of the year (by my standards), this last month has been a real struggle. I've just dropped out of the 60 day challenge, and am getting stuck into this 30 day challenge. Wrote about it in my journal. Let's do this thang!

 

Hey, happy new year everyone! I began NoFap in Nov 2018 and went straight into the 90 day challenge only to M after 38 days, so I thought it best to try a smaller challenge, that way I can build up to the 90 day challenge if when I finish the 30, then 60 day challenges. So this is Day 0 signing in. All the best everyone!

 

DAY4 - no urges but feeling bored whole day. I tried to concentrate on studies.

 

I’m changing my parameters a little bit in order to make this a little more attainable for me... Ive tried for about a year and I legitimately don’t have what it takes to do no MO right now. So I’m going to allow myself to MO and abstain from P for 30 days... THEN I’ll attempt 30 days of no MO.

I have been on an unhealthy binge for the past 3 months and its not doing me any favours. Im starting over today with the 30 day challenge and planning on completing it.
I wish all my fellow fapstraunaut the best of luck and a successful fap free journey.
