I've experience sleep problems before, i noticed that i've insomnia problems about 7-14 days after a serious PMO relapse. I relapse so bad in the last days of 2018 so now that i'm triying to do NoFap again i am getting terrible withdrawal symptons, the most notorious is insomnia and anxiety issues. i haven't a proper sleep since xmas night in 2018, i think is related to PMO withdrawals but i don't sure.

    What do you think?

Also i am getting random homoerotic thoughts at night at that made me feel even more anxious

  2. This is all part of the withdrawal. It's awful.

  3. Yea it’s terrible. I have had it for a long, long time. It’s up and down even where I’m at. Rest assured it does get better.

Yes, can confirm. Insomnia is a bitch. Major improvements after 2 months complete abstaining. I slept like I used to sleep in kindergarten.

It's understandable and quite logical really, masturbation is a very potent sedative, it's like when you use melatonin or benzo pills and then your body can't sleep on it's own.

That's why, among others, I keep saying masturbation is not normal in any situation

  7. I’m kinda with you on this one
Even when people say that animals do it so it must be natural, who’s to say that the monkey in question isn’t traumatised and using it the same way for the dopamine to kill anxiety

I recently found out that melatonin supplents over time lowers testosterone

That's just a myth, masturbation is not normal at all. I'll copy paste one of my previous comments but i will soon make a large stand-alone topic about this.

Semen for a man is extremely important and it's ONLY purpose is female interaction. It would literally not exist otherwise. Masturbation goes completely against it and against nature. Yes it is completely unnatural. In short, 99.999999999 of animals never masturbate and the very few that do extremely rarely do it do completion (ejaculation). Also, the fact that there is an instance observed in a species does not mean the whole species does it. In primates, only some species were observed masturbating, and those were promiscuous species (humans are not promiscuous). What's even more interesting is that lower ranking males masturbated more and mated less. Other non-promiscuous primates never ever did it.

thanks to all that replied this post, after 16 days of NoFap my sleep is normal now, i didn't have sleep problems in the last six days, i think is definitely a withdrawal symptom

This is a bit old, but I want to know your opinion. How did you deal with it? I'm struggling with it for months, and it's awful. I’m thinking of buying a preparation because I feel that I won’t last that long. I can’t even work normally because I ALWAYS think about how good I would sleep. My friend suggested me getting this - 2rok.se, but I'm not sure. I don't want to take these without discussing them with a doctor. But with such success, I think that I will.
What did you do? I accept any recommendations.
