90 day road to my better self

My name is Matthew Hansel,I am 21 years old and am sick of livin this mediocre life where I am shy to talk to women and waste hours of the day engaging in porn instead of living the life of my dreams.
This thread was created to start 2019 on the right foot with a porn reboot that will not only make us reboot but become the best version of ourselves.

Thank you for all your responses means alot, I hope we all succeed and we will if we rather think of the pain porn inflicts on our lives now and in the future rather then think about that temporary pleasure we get by watching it. That pleasure is only temporary and causes one to hate themselves afterwards rather develop the discipline to abstain from porn for 90 days. By doing this you will receive pleasure constantly in the future as you will find it easier to talk to women, love yourself and be on the road to success accomplishing your dreams.
