Everything will be done with the permission don't worry. Thanks for supporting me. I think I had this fetish a long time ago, when I was very young I could always remember that when a girl dominated me I got shocked in a positive way. Idk why it is like that.

Well, knowing that this type of stuff is growing on the P channels, this is definitely in demand! I noticed that some actresses are getting in the industry by offering some dom content, they don't always have to "perform" a sex act during the video. So, it may be easy for some of them to get into that sort of stuff without pushing their boundaries.

Also, this may come from some impact of matriarchal societies on males?

Let's face it: besides the criminal/rough/brutal content we can see on the channels, there is definitely some genres that are catering to real normal people. This is not the problem; The problem is the difficulty to actually experience what you want in a healthy way. One maybe frustrated of not being able to experience their fantasies in the context of a relationship. The issue with some of this is that fantasies/fantasms, are often much better when they stay in your mind. The real deal sometimes doesn't quite line up with the projected outcome. I don't want to throw triggers in there, but a few exemples come to mind. I know I was surprised that the experience was by no means equivalent to what I was expecting, so I was not impressed...YMMV.

I have a very simple kink that I believe I should be able to get my fix for easy, without too much asking from my wife. It seems like its not happening. You wouldn't believe it.

Here in Japan, all the rage these days is about squirting porn. For those of you who don't know, a squirt is supposedly female vaginal ejaculate. In reality though, and believe me, I have seen my fair share of those videos, they consist of women mostly masturbating themselves while screaming themselves hoarse before letting out a stream of piss.

What many duped people who watch those videos fail to notice is that all the liquid comes out of the urethra, not the vagina, and is thus all urine. Women who perform in this particular genre of porn drink bucketloads of water a few hours before shooting.

Unfortunately, people who are obsessed with these kind of porn expect their partners to ejaculate like this, because in their minds, this is how a female orgasm should look like. I have overheard a couple of young women discussing this in great distress and just felt really bad for them. This is just one example of how porn warps our view of sexual relationships. I can only imagine the horror some people have to go through in their bedrooms. Imagine someone who's addicted to BDSM or rape fantasies. Their porn addiction has already escalated to dangerous territory and are unable to achieve sexual satisfaction by the more normal and intimate sex.

Also as a former serial masturbator, I was doing it so much that the thought of an intimate relationship with a female ceased to exist in my mind. My mind believed that I was already satisfied with what I had. It's just sad when I think about it.

So no, porn and masturbation adds nothing into our lives.

Yes you are right, the addiction is making you believe that your P browsing is normal and healthy at times.
I really feel bad for the young generation that learned some "sex ed" from the P videos. It brings a very crooked version of what real sex should be in the bedroom.
I'm older, mid 40's, and when I started watching internet P at the time, it started very gradually and even fetishes were not often very offensive.

P is definitively an enemy of couples, as it sets the bar for something that is not healthy, something that would be hard to find, and I'm sure that there is some people that feel short changed by a relationship, if they don't get the same as what they see in movies.
I know that my tendency to seek novelty makes me not being satisfied with what I really get in the bedroom. P made me not happy with real sex, which in my case is very predictable and pretty much the same for the last 20 years.

When I reboot, the worse for me is to say bye bye to novelty. I get frustrated to stop looking at the catalogue. I settle for vanilla. It takes me a while to stop seing what I have as vanilla. Then it gets better. Its why P has a nasty effect in a relationship. Even tho I know that I'm LUCKY to have a lovely & kind wife, the darn shitty P still warping my mind. At least im aware.....

I also thought I need that novelty... But 1 week when I watched porn out of curiosity without masturbating during the watching... I realized that all those women look the same, at least their vagina looks the same... breasts almost the same. As I never really enjoyed "fetishes" and hardcore, I find the rest of the videos bleak and the hardcore thing even more empty and soulless. It's our messed up brain that tells us we need "novelty".

You have a wife. Consider yourself lucky. I don't have one or even a girlfriend although I am young. And yet I choose not even masturbate...

And yes, porn brings some novelty but after 65 days of reboot it seemed more bleak to me.
I repeat, It's our messed up brain which makes us seek the novelty of porn.

I remember the times when I watched pornography and masturbated every day. As soon as I ejaculated, I felt so disgusted...

Have been watching porn probably 24 years now, never, never and never watched anything violent, not even halfway violent. When I saw that man started to slap a woman and similar actions, I stopped the video immediately and found another one without it. I hate such videos and they make me angry because it doesn't make any sense to me why people are doing it. I used to be quite conservative when it came to porn.

that is the actual fault and i think by stopping watch P we can decrease the P demand which itself include violent content.

I read somewhere that porn is the new ''cigarette is good for you''. Cuz so many dumb articles and media say ''it is normal'' ''porn and masturbation is normal and natural curousity''
    blablabla...
Remember how they were saying Smoking is good for you and normal back in the days. Then we realised how bad it was...
Same with porn, in about 20-30 years we will be like ''what the actual fuck?!, we used to sit alone in a dark room masturbating to some pixels on a screen???...''

Like what the actual hell... So sad lmao.

Thats fantastic news! I'm glad we have another good strong man deciding to change for the better. Its important to realize that your urges are just a facade masking something in your life. Addiction is developed as a solution to hidden problems. Once we see addiction is not the answer it is important to stop and search for the change you need in your life. We are powerful and completely capable of doing this. No one said it was easy, they just said it would be worth it. By you changing yourself you are changing the world because the world now has a much better version of yourself to interact with and enjoy! Glad to hear the world is getting a better version of yourself. Keep up the great work

This is outrageous. Even yesterday I read one article on the Internet on the main news yahoo website about the "benefits" of masturbation. It's so "normal".

If this is so "normal" why do people hide when they do this thing? Why do they try to keep their children away from porn if it's so "healthy" and "normal".
They simply lie everywhere. Porn industry makes lots of money.

PMO has brought absolutely nothing of value into my life. During the 14-15 year period I was a slave under it, it almost completely destroyed my mind, brain, and soul and brought me nothing but following:

-Anxiety (about most things in life)
    -Social anxiety
    -Lack of confidence
    -Performance anxiety
-Addiction to lust, sex and pleasure.
-Perceiving women (and people in general) as objects.
-Hating myself and beating me up constantly (never feeling satisfied).
-A coward and needy character who ran away from almost all of his problems.
-Feeling dull and depressed almost daily.
    -Lower testosterone levels.
-Low energy and unwillingness to take action.

And the list goes on and on. Abstaining from PMO completely has eliminated all of the problems above so PMO doesn't fill any purpose or value whatsoever in your life.

It is like a loop once you get in you will go more deep to find something which is not there, your mind will be surrounded by the same thoughts that you have watched. It remains with you unless you find something which is of greater value than that you were trying to achieve through watching p and m. Even if you dont find anything by nofap but you just keep the fluid in your body for longer period of time your life will be awesome, and you will not lose anything by not watching p.

  17. I don't believe all the people on this thread saying porn has no value whatsoever. Really? Then why the fuck did you use it so much? Be honest, when it was good it was REALLY GOOD wasn't it? When you found that new video with the new actress and the perfect new kink, and in high def, and you "timed it" just right... HELL YEAH!!!!

Not trying to trigger anyone, but I don't believe you are going to have a real lasting recovery if you don't admit everything you got out of it. For me, it was a friend who was more or less reliably able to comfort me and take my mind off other problems, at least for a short while. The descent to hell was slow and gradual, and it most definitely DID NOT suck the whole time. Only when you can admit what was good about it can you properly grieve it, and move on.

Did it have downsides? Absolutely, and ultimately the downsides exceeded the upside, and that's why I'm here. But bashing porn itself as the problem is shifting the blame. The problem lies within US and our choices.

Yes, it was a friend. Just like Booze, weed and any other addictions....but in reality, the friend is just a un-healthy coping mechanism.

My big beef is that this "unreal" content ruins real sex life for some people. Couples struggle to get thru, folks try to reproduce what they see in the movies (not everything, I agree)...
But it makes you being unsatisfied of real sex at times...so its smoke and mirrors. If you end up single and/or divorced because of it, then the virtual friend stays, real life partners flee.

I used to retreat to porn when I felt cornered or helpless, more often than not I was not even horny, it had just become such an integral part of my life, I couldn't go about my life without it. When I stop watching porn, my mental problems really cease to exist, it makes me feel like a legend not having watched for a long period of time
