[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Been clean for 11 days already, but just joined the site. I think having to check in will help me continue PMO free. Starting day 0/7!

 

Day 1 of 7 done for the challenge

6 days done in current streak.

 

Just finished the 3-day challenge. Onto the 7-day. Day 0.

on day 6/7, felt that strong sense of power and courage come back today that is so common with being on a streak, my energy being used in positive ways, feel very social, had good interactions with dog walkers and a female cashier.

After a hard day with hell lot of urges since i woke up i may proudly say.... day 6 is done on to day 7.

Relapsed again :'( day 0 again

 

Oh so sad today I relapsed after 16 days way above the 7 day challenge. The crazy thing was that I was not even that aroused. It was stupid I messed up a good momentum. Resetting to 0 and going for three cosecutive seven days that is 21 days. I will do a check when the first seven day passes then the second then third. Will try to post on nofap each day. Wow I was not even aroused it was like my sexual inklings to even lusting was muted after two weeks of nofap. But no relaxing another more seven day challenge with two more extras.

 

Badge reset to 0. 16 days of nofap and then relapsed. I am going to update my approach this seven weeks. First I will post when the day is completed. I will say day 1 completed then day 2 completed. A posting counter. I have to do something about phone since it's easy internet access is bad.

 

day 1 tonight at 11 pm eastern. Had a reset NOT a relapse. I don't feel guilty, ready to get back on the train. Triggers were alcohol, sadness, loneliness. Study yourself!

 

onto day 7/7 - although I have had many 7 days streaks before, being part of this community has helped me mentally this week, I know I need to take action now and beat this addiction.
