I'm a teenager and I'm trying to quit MO. The thing is when will I get wet dreams? I really want one to happen because the last time I had one was 2 years ago. Do they occur during the first week, 2nd, 3rd, or 1 month in?

It is impossible to tell. But you will have some for sure if you stop mastubating. I don't understand why you want to have one. There are not really useful.

I want one because I want my body to naturally get rid of excess semen.

  4. So the idea that the body needs to ejaculate excess semen out is actually not entirely true or scientific. Since your posting in the sexual transmutation section i'll share with you a little bit but your going to have to broaden your mind some if you want to learn about this.
    mind/Thoughts= energy
    body= energy

Your basically a walking, talking, bio-battery.

It has been understood and shown in many yogic, buddha and daoist communities that the proper way to relieve one's self of "excess semen" is to transmute it or transform it, which will energize the body and mind instead of spilling out precious life force causing tiredness and lack of willpower. This is a detailed subject that few people understand and even fewer can use correctly but it goes like this. Majority of people ejaculate to find "relief" or their body will give them wet dreams to get rid of old semen. But this is alot like an electric current short circuiting and grounding electricity out instead of circulating it back. Visualize this. Your body is a battery and has energy points in it. There are major points where all those smaller channels connect. When someone's lower energy channels are not properly strengthened or blocked, the energy in one center(sexual center) builds and builds and builds. Usually they don't have the exercises for the body or control over their thought forms & they will unconsciously have a wet dream to relieve this energy. This is the bodies way of protecting itself from backing up which can be unhealthy, but basically it's a downer. Because it shows that the person cannot handle all the energy they are suppose to, so they aren't running at peak efficiency.

Periodic ejaculation from wet dreams is miles above and better for you than intentional masturbation or porn. But someone who has all their energy channels clear, their thoughts under control, and their body healthy, will never have this problem or need. They reabsorb the excess semen and use it to achieve things in life most can not.
The #1 thing, without fail, that all successful and great men had was a well developed and controlled sex drive. The minute those men indulged recklessly in sex and fantasy they lost the very thing that helped make them great.

I don't have it all figured out myself but i understand it and am working on it.
Don't wish for wet dreams, they give a chaser effect and make it harder to quit PMO.

I'm on your shoes man. I've been reading a lot about Mantak Chia, kundalini, transmutation. But I would like to really "feel" any improvement in regards of sexual transmutation. I would not like to loose my energy again

You Shouldn't worry about that. The body knows how to regulate itself. When you are breathing you do not think about it nor controle it yet you are still perfectly breathing. Don't overthink this

  10. The other replies are correct.

Every person is different. You'll have a wet dream if your body needs it, and you won't if it doesn't.

Worrying about it is just another way to stress yourself, for no good reason.

I haven't had a wet dream since I was a young teenager; and I haven't had one during my reboot so far.
I might have one again. I might never again have one. It's unimportant.

  11. Correct, dont wish for them. You'll be better without them. If they happen though, fine. Don't stress it either.

@Retentionman Same here. I'm beginning to see though that perhaps i am seeing, feeling, experiencing the effects but it's in such a subtle way that they're not immediately noticable.
    So for example/
I had a good 100 day streak before a particularly bad relapse last December. And I'm on another 30+ days at the moment, and during these periods of time I'm noticing exceptional ability for patience. Kindness. Self control.<particularly in the way I self talk and think.
This has got to be in correlation with mild forms of transmutation. For me especially the fantasies have gone down alot because of this better focus and willpower, I am able to nip them in the bud quicker.

Lol don't expect any wet dream. They are bad (healthy and normal but also have a chaser effect).
I'm currently on day 70 and happy to not get any wet dreams for this 70 days!

How amazing that u guys dont have any wet dreams in such long time. For me they are ruining my process and I really want to get rid of them. Do you have any technique to control that

  15. What do you mean that they are ruining your process?

Do you mean that you reset after a wet dream? It's out of your control, which means that a wet dream doesn't count towards a reset or a relapse — for that purpose, you can ignore it.

Or, do you mean that the chaser effect causes you to then masturbate and relapse?

To be fair they ruin my process too in a way. I still feel guilty or shamed a bit. It's easier to get over but deep down feel like I can control them and the thoughts that got me to eiaculate to begin with. I've been waking up in the middle. I probably had close to 20 since my latest reboot. I'm at 135 or days no pm.

  17. Guilt is for if you've done something wrong. You haven't.
Shame is for if you've done something wrong. You haven't.

Think about it this way. Imagine that your best friend came to you and said, "I am avoiding all porn and masturbation, but I still get wet dreams. I feel guilty and shamed."

What would you tell your best friend?

Now tell yourself the same thing.

I had little same experience, then I found a link between them. They seems to happen after heavy leg workout...due to friction near penis. So I always don't drink water and pee before sleep during that period.

  20. Hmm… They shouldn't affect your energy. When I used to have them (a long time ago), they didn't affect my energy at all. Be sure to keep yourself well hydrated, especially when you wake up, and recharge yourself with some deep breathing.

How to handle the chaser effect? That's more difficult, because every person is different. As soon as you wake up, empty your bladder, drink some water and recharge your breathing, before you clean yourself. Have a good breakfast.

I don't know what generally works for you to keep you straight, so have a good think about what to do next time you feel weak.
