I don't know whether this 10% will be just enough to compensate for 100% loss due to pmo but still hoping i regain back what i lost in last several years...nobody can go in the past & start a new beginning so its time to start today & make future beautiful...just struggling today to regain strength for tomorrow

When I quit porn I also...
* started with cold showers
* started to work out more
* incorporated a strict deadline when to stop using devices

And lately, I have...
* gotten very goal oriented
* been cleaning my house to perfection
* started to learn german
* been procrastinating less

Quitting porn made me a totally different person. Every day that goes is a wonderful day.

Keep fighting, you have a wonderful life in front of you!

 

life is 90% how we react to it & 10% what happens to us...so this make the equation balance of 10% of whole journey of fapping...just hoping i succeed this time after being 17 days in hard mode...

Don’t count on hope to accomplish it. Build willpower for the beginning. Self-discipline and new habits for the the long run.

 

Journey is never beautiful, journey is always full of obstacles & hurdles...its the people who we met on this journey make this journey beautiful...this was always meant to be solo journey...as I enjoy the fake pleasure so I was the one who have to bear all the pain & complete this journey by myself...sometime its good to be on solo trip atleast we get time to explore ourselves & no journey can be better than this one where I can reboot my life...correct my mistakes...always thankful to life for giving me one more chance even after being failed so many times

 

I know hope is the mistake but sometime all we get is hope in the dark for the light...even if hope seems to be mistake then mistakes are the best teacher...not relying on hope...just trying to keep my head up...& not to give up

 

success always comes with enemies & this success also comes with some price...makes me sacrifice my desire & temptation for what truly gives me immense pleasure & joy for last 12 years...now i'm enemy of myself...just trying to beat the one inside me who always look for PMO somewhere to get momentous pleasure...day 18/1.2 years
