[21-CHALLENGE] THE TWENTY ONE DAYS CHALLENGE !

1/21: One day at a time.

 

Didn't make it
Think I am a bit depressed at the moment. Not using that as an excuse, because PMO is not going to help that!
Anyway, immediately back on the horse. Nearly 5 days is progress from the last time. Need to build on that now.

 

10/21 Mood swings have stopped. Energy levels have gone up but I have energy throughout the day instead of periods lasting max an hour or two at a time. My focus is not so much about super clarity but more about getting closer to a larger vision of purpose and being motivated to act, also for longer periods of time. The main thing above all is I feel tired just the same. But I never feel lethargic. My sleep patterns have been disrupted, but I will work on that this week. Just trying to keep some sort of accurate record without saying the usual not really helpful comments such as , "more energy and focus" etc...

Day 3/21
So I had a few urges this morning and I was able to relax and let them pass through. After the urges passed I felt stronger. I know the intensity of the urges will increase as I get closer to day 7. When that happens I'll make sure to leave the house and continue my new hobbies to replace porn. I will be successful this time around.

Screwed up yesterday and ended PMO'ing. No great feeling came after it. Just an emptiness. Im not too crushed about it, but will try to exercise more self control. anywas back to the start. Day 0/21
