First thumbnails, then youtube suggestions, then porn. All happened in a flash.

 

Damn it, been there too. That's ok. Get back after it. Helps me to note the trigger and then try to script a response. For example: "If I see thumbnails of attractive women, instead of looking at porn I'll immediately go outside for a walk."

Thank you very much - things seem stable even though my life right now is pretty rough. I think this year the tide may turn for the better.

Every day I physically hold my calendar and remind myself that so far this year, I have not "lost any of my essence" at all (luckily, I never get NE's), and with that in mind repeat the phrase, "A clean 2019!" Just a small few-second ritual like that every day on waking reconnects me with something which has become precious, and no one can separate it from me except me. It also makes me realize more fully that the only prisons we have in life are the ones we make for ourselves.

Congratulations to both of you for reaching 100 days. I remember the times when the three of us where in relapse cycles for soo long together. I am so glad to see how well we are doing at the moment. 2019 will be a good year.

 

37. Its damn hard today. I wan engaged in some nasty activities but no PMO so far. I'm gonna stay strong as the good days are approaching me. They are just driving slowly but def days are coming
