day 14...when meditating. Feel the sexual urge and move it up the spine. I didn't believe it at first, then I thought why not and tried it our. I noticed a different feeling of using my energy towards my third eye rather then just letting the build up of sexual tension happen. Also, read, write, create, music. peace

 

I think I need to start again... Thought I would manage without external motivation having spent so many days without PMO but I failed. Apparently I wasn't ready yet. This time I'm aiming at 30 days from the beginning because I've already been there, so I know it's possible for me to achieve that. So... let the challenge begin.
