Is my PC is safe now?

Yesterday ive got a security alert message from Google for suspecting new activity.

ive verified that i got the message from an authorized source.

last account activity or last synced with a newer windows device. but it shows my usual IP address and ISP..

also, i found one thing strange, yesterday was logged in using chrome version 61. but I`ve upgraded to 71 version

note I`ve not shared my password with any of my friends or family, then how that could be possible?.

it shows the IP address from where i usually used to log in, the only change is the version of chrome is not matched with the one that I use regularly.

is it some kind of mistake from the side of Google?
