taking the path for once and for all

I know about this page since not more than a month ago. But I am aware of my addiction to porn since many years. I think actually that I am Addicted to porn since my puberty.

I am 34 now and the reason I am here in nofab is because I figured out that if I want to get over my addiction and my negative behaviours I need support and a community to share with. Furthermore, I think my addiction is an excuse to not take responsibility of my own life and to feel professionally frustrated.
But I am fed up of feeling that way!
I have already practices that help me in my everyday life: I do Yoga and Meditate since a while ago but it but it is not enough for me to get over addiction. I have also a good and sane relationship with a very supportive woman I love. And forwhat touches directly my recovery, I went to some meetings in a sex addict group, but felt that the experience of people there was very different from mine, and felt alone. I have already learned a bit about what triggers my need for porn, the moments I decide to relapse, that my problem is related with my poor capacity to manage my own feelings,...

I think I have taken a journey to recovery a time ago.
But the journey is long and may this by a great step towards a more resilient and happier version of my self.
