Newcomer who want to see the light at the end of the tunnel

Hi ! I am trying to completly stop masturbating these days and i can stop more than 1 to 2 weeks as my best, but i always give in at one time. So i decided to subscribe to this website to see if it helps me to stop my addiction and to help other people. The reason why i decided to stop masturbate is:

1) The loss of confidence
2) Increase the sex-appeal
3) I don't want to be slave of the porn industry anymore
4) Improve my motivation, in my professional life for example

Hi,
that's a great decision, I think you will thank yourself in the future for that.
I haven't been on this site very long, but I can confirm reading some stuff here is helping to see why porn is a problem.
