simple, don´t peak. i know it´s hard to resist temptation but try your best. any kind of stimulation will only increased the urges and sexual desire. 1 peak will lead to 2 peaks and so on...

the problem with an addicted brain is that once you give it a taste of the "stuff" it will crave for more and more. more pictures, more girls, more videos.... it will not stop. so the best is always don´t peak, don´t indulge in any kind of sexy material. instead focus on doing other things, create new hobbys, new passions, fill your life. ask yourself in the morning: "what can i do today of significance?"

today i felt an strong urge i felt it and suddenly i shouted no no no approx 30 times in my mind then i just left my bed...i win

So... yesterday I had a massive urge. I was studying and it hit me all of a sudden, a certain scene was popping in my head and I couldn't get rid of it...Thank god that I installed k9 protection cause I started to google for that Pornstar that came in my head. I haven't seen any explicit photos or anything because of that anti porn block so I hope that it doesn't count as a relapse.

I closed my Laptop, got up, layed on my bed and had these cravings. I felt like a dopehead who just wants his drug back... Kind of weird when I think about it.

But I made it through the day!!

Brothers it was tough as hell and I certainly wanted to give up. Remember: it may suck now, to crave for PMO and to feel the urge. However, potential bliss is waiting for us on the other side!

And for me, that was way more tempting.
