Hangovers

yes! I guess it's one of the moments where you're weakest. It is also a good idea to leave alcohol. The hangovers are also procrastinating a lot of your life if you drink often.

 

PMO was my favorite hangover cure. I found that the NoFap journey was nearly impossible when my mind was altered by alcohol or weed...or psilocybin...or any of it for that matter. Maybe in the future, after I finish my reboot, I'll try out getting the hangovers and munchies again, but until then, my focus is on retraining shit habits. I'd recommend doing the same.

For me, it's a challenge because I tend to view porn when I feel too tired/unmotivated/depressed to do anything else. Hangovers facilitate these conditions flawlessly. However, I've also found that getting drunk alone facilitates relapses even more because of lowered inhibitions. I don't do that anymore though.
