***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I am grateful for another learning opportunity today in the morning. Now I have to do my part to actually learn from it and apply that knowledge.
I am grateful my mom loves me so much.
I am grateful for musical instruments, so very grateful. I am a little bit sad and in regret that I left it out of my life after a certain point, whether it was intentional or not, but at the same time, I am so very happy I was and am able to rekindle my love for it. Because I was away from it for so long, I've realized now I truly love it, for so many reasons.

 

I am grateful for that I can do stuff despite being afraid of them.
I am grateful I have food to eat.
I am grateful that my new friend proved to me that maybe I'm not unlovable after all.

 

I am grateful for thinkers who advocate patience.
I am grateful for the nofap community.
I am grateful for friends who give you the gift of their time.

 

I am grateful for all the government assistance I've gotten.
I am grateful for finally having a job.
I am grateful for lip balm.

 

I am grateful for taking things at my own pace.
I am grateful for reaching out for help.
I am grateful for recovering from yesterday and this morning.

Today I am human. I can take care of myself and have my limits. My health is more important than anything at this point.

Also, does anyone know what happened to the "Today I am + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION" thread? Was it deleted?

 

I don't have any idea about that thread potato bop, so I'm not sure.

I am grateful that I am alive.
I am grateful for relearning today that I still have a long way to go. But it is wonderful to know I have made strides and taken steps forward, even if some or all those steps might have been baby steps.
I am grateful for the family celebration and moment we had today.

 

I am grateful for conscientious people.
I am grateful for healthy food.
I am grateful to Farmers who put food on my table.

 

I am grateful for beautiful snow.

I am grateful for being finished with one midterm.

I am grateful for feeling pretty relaxed despite having a lot to do (when I’m relaxed I’m more productive)

I am grateful for lying down in the grass yesterday and just taking a break.

 

I am grateful I got through the day. I was miserable and absolutely depressed but I'm thankful I stuck with it.
I am grateful people care and are also there to motivate us during days and moments when we need it.
I am grateful that I truly have a job, even if its not where I'm wanting to be. Better than nothing while I work on something else, and for that I am grateful.

 

I am grateful for a chance to grow as a person.
I am grateful for feeling better emotionally today.
I am grateful for public transit.

 

I am grateful for the rain.
I am grateful for spring being around the corner.

I am grateful I feel mentally and emotionally better compared to yesterday. Sleep does wonders.
