    This happens for everyone man. It's part of the reduced frontal cortex that gets damaged by addictions. Keep pushing now, even if you don't want to, and the urges will subside, and you'll have conquered this.

    5/20, things are calm , no urges yet , i know it hits suddenly . It takes me when i lower my guard .

    God i removed all my electronics from the house and blocked my phone with an unknown password .

    In the future hopefully there will be knowledge out there but I think it's too big an industry and too many people enjoy it for this to happen anytime soon. Only those strong enough will beat it and have good lives.
