6/21: Sorry i haven't been updating but i have been a good boy and kept my hands to myself! one more day for a week.

 

11 days completed (in about 15 minutes). Stoked. But have really felt temptation this morning. Even started to Instagram wander, but pulled it back before it really happened.
Now that everything has quietened down after last week I need to make sure that I fill the void with something more useful!

every thing is going great day by day... i don't know how to thank and how much thank to my Lord, that who drives me to nofap community. and at least i am doing something good and at least i am doing something... and now i am motivated enough and i em enough productive and decreasing my depression and anxiety... and learning to use the strangth which my lord have gave me... GOD be pleased
