    make a motivation plan bro, motivate yourself daily, several times, read a text, or a note to yourself, or a video, something that reminds you why you must do the reboot. motivate daily!!!
    the anger that you feel now is good to start nofap, however it will not last long. soon the old urges and porn thoughts will appear so you´re attitude must be sharp and ready. go bro

    13, i haven´t had a good night´s sleep since the begin of this streak, always waking 1 or 2 hours before schedule :(, hope this will change in the future.

  10. Onwards my brother...You know it will change in the future. This haplened to me too and I think once the storm settles, the energy that is keeping you awake will transform.
    What worked for me was going to the gym in the evening as it helped me release a lot of energy and sleep more soundly.

    Day 0 for PM challenge. I'm confident this will improve my sexual relationship with my partner and overall well-being. I no longer want to feel arousal or get orgasms from porn or masturbation, something that has become somewhat of an issue over the last couple years of using porn and having sexual relationships with girlfriends or partners. I seem to get performance anxiety, at times a little bit of ED, which I've associated with P as PIED. Also sometimes unable to orgasm at all with a partner. When I refrain from PM altogether every once in a while though, I see an improvement in my sexual performance with partner, hence I've decided to commit to a full reboot and then a long-term permanent removal of PM from my life. One day at a time.

  18. Day 4. Posting it almost half day later. This day has been good and not very difficult. However this morning has been super tough. Many thoughts in that direction. But keep observing them and you will control them, and not the other way round.

    I did what I promised to myself. I feel hollow yesterday I was excited but it's all gone but I am not feeling bad it's just normal.
