How to be productive when flatline/withdrawal symptoms?

    Halo guys. Right now I'm on 65 days streak. There are days when I feel good (confidence, outgoing, motivated, etc). And there are times when I feel down, depressed, social anxiety, fear and worried, not feel like doing anything, aching body and tiredness, erc.

    So my question is, how to keep being able to go out and socialize, meet friends and family, meeting people, work when we are at the flatline/withdrawal symptoms?

    Because sometimes I think that I just don't want to do much because I'm still rebooting. I don't want to go out/work because I know that I'm not at my best (fully rebooted). But if I wait until fully rebooted which it could take up to 6 month some people said, it would be pretty long time to wait..

    That’s the tricky thing about it. It’s extremely hard to socialise etc when going through it.

    Honestly for me, I had to ghost and just work on myself for a period of time because I couldn’t get anything done. The pressure of having to do those things nearly caused me a relapse

    Does ghost mean you don't do anything much until the flatline is gone while improving yourself?

    Well that's actually a pretty good thing too though, as now I have the privilege to just rest.. it's just that other people around me is the one who kinda urged me to do something as they don't know what I'm going through that I'm worried about too

    Yeah, that’s basically what it means. And same with me also, my dad didn’t understand what it was, that I was going through, it pissed me off so much but I showed him this video and he kinds of gets it now.

    Nice video, it really shows the journey of an addiction person going through. and yes that's true, for people who never had this PMO problems they will not understand what we are going through. It's good that you can make your dad understand and be open about it. But I prefer to keep it for my self, because if I show the video people will ask too much question and then they found out about the PMO problem and it'll embarrassing at least for me..

    So I just told them that I'm tired, social anxiety, fatigue and so on. And I'm working on how to deal with it and that I just need some time and told them to just be patient because everything has it's meaning and own time.. and they (my family) sort of okay with it for now.

    I actually started PMO free last November and having to go through the holidays with the heightened anxiety and pressure of being around family was awful but I figured it would help me on the path. I was so mute on the first two months and my personality was gone, depressed from the drop of dopamine it wa awful. It is coming back and strain on the fifth month now I think it is gong to get even better. The first three months are tough and you are doing a good job.

    Yes it really is still up and down, somesay it may be fully or at least almost heal on 6th month mark.. before that, there will be ups and down.. but day by day the benefits are getting better and the flatline lessen.. thank you man

    Yeah, I have my eyes set on that six month mark and pushing full steam ahead. Had urges the last two days and accidentally looked at pics which messed with me a likable bit but over it now.
    My flatline is lessening, the morning woods get better and better as I get more sleep into my life and never really thought about that. More T Levels in the morning as well ...
