What are ways to increase testosterone? And has anyone proven it by testing testosterone levels?

    I am on day 37 no PMO. My energy level is amazing right now.

    I'm curious about testosterone levels - I have heard different ways to increase it through diet and exercise.

    Also, has anyone had labs drawn to verify testosterone increase?

    please be carefull, i am into raising test myself and relapsed many times because my test got too high.

    mainly due to zinc supplementation
    taurine
    and eating lots of red meat and eggs

    so be carefull not to loose track of your goals

    Winning and talking to girls you find attractive for 5 mins have been proven to increase your tests levels temporarily too
     
  6. I heard about doing compound heavy exercises (squat, deadlift, beachpress) but I dunno sounds like broscience. Increasing zinc intake could be a good idea.

    Not everyone has testo issues very few have testo issues don't care about testosterone its always been a result rather than a process. If still worried first get your blood checked for testo. If u are physically active and healthy testo level will be normal and good to live. Staring at screen all day not doing physical activities and not eating healthy this sort of stuff which everyone knows still doesn't follows need to be sorted out. U can be lying all day on bed eating donuts and worried about your testo thats absurd to the core.

    Just found out the insulin injections are given in buttocks thats must be hella awkward haha.

    why are you getting them? was it because too low T?

    how low was it?

    Did you try alternative thins first?

    testosterone is all about your lifestyle really, unless underliying medical conditions apply

    I have hypogonadism, been having the injections for years as my levels were dangerously low, causing acute bone pain.

    try fenugreek supplementation the (raw powder form and drink lots of water with it same with zinc if you supplement with it it gives the Thermogenic response (test level rising) so its best to "dilute it " by taking it with some lukewarm water and then drinking lukewarm water throughout the day to help it absorb slowly and effeciently

    I don't know if any of this is proven, but there are some major lifestyle changes I have made over the past 12 months which have probably boosted my T:

    - Eat lots of meat and fat
    I have bacon and eggs everyday for brekky, chicken for lunch and beef for dinner. I usually consume upwards of 200g of protein each day, some days closer to 250. Also drink lots of water

    -cold showers
    pretty straightforward, just take cold showers everyday

    -lift weights
    I go to the gym 3x a week and lift heavy. I only do compound lifts. Each day I go I usually do a single or triple of either squat of deadlift at high intensity.

    -sleep
    get at least 8 hours sleep, more if you are lifting

    -mindset
    I think the biggest thing is being a winner. You have to be accomplishing stuff everyday, and accomplishing more each day than the last. If you took a cold shower for 20 seconds yesterday, take one for 21 seconds today. bench 2.5 kg more, or go for an extra rep. Study for 10 minutes longer. Focus more in class. Whatever it is always be a fucking winner. Cultivate confidence and discipline
