There are some people on this planet that just aren't happy with one partner only. It feels forced for them and they will never be happy in the long run.
It's just that society puts such a strong mark on monogamy these days that it is almost a sacrilege if someone even utters polyarmory or polygamy.

Everyone should do whatever makes them happy, as long as they are upfront and honest about it with all parties involved. Girls and Guys who have the opportunity are more likely to explore their sexuality in their teens and twenties and then start to settle afterwards. I don't know any guy who feels bad that had consensual sex with more then 20 wamen. And i know someone who is at 100+X. Probably way more then that.
It always depends on what the individual knows about him/herself and what makes them happy. If you know what is good for you, you can go ahead and do that. But you should have tried out everything you are curious about. Always explore what you are curious about if it doesn't involve hurting others.

I have sadly seen SO MANY relationships that are just horrible. It feels to me that the majority of people are happy with mediocraty in a relationship. Which is really sad. Les Brown put it the best: "Are you living together or are you dying together". Life is to be lived, not to complain and ignore.

Porn twists the mind and subtle changes our thinking and our values. They make it ok to lust after our teachers, our brothers, our sisters, people at work and everywhere we go. It teaches us that we should list after the woman in the scene and then watch someone else fuck her. That makes no sense, if we fancy someone, we should fuck her. It tells us that we are not worthy to fuck her we can only watch someone else fuck her. If we masturbate to it, we end up being the creepy guy who can’t get a girl and watches other peopl fuck.

  5. One more thing I’ve learned about PMO addiction I’ll add—is that it’s much easier going downstairs then climbing back upstairs.

  6. "When i grow up, I am going to be a pornstar" - Said no young girl ever.

  7. I already did. Those were the last times I have ever watched porn. Therefore, I will never ever ever do it again. I actually feel stronger now because I actually understand what relapsing to porn feels like. After all, anything that doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.

As long as I stay vigilant, then I will never relapse knowing how awful I would feel about myself afterwards. It is never worth it. Ever. Mark my words.

  9. I was reading the comments on here and yet people haven't experienced the worse of it. There are these hypnosis videos on these sites which put the viewer in a trance with a dopamine high that can only be found in hardcore drugs like crack cocaine. These videos are so bad for you, that for an entire year, I was fighting for my life not to think I was a girl. I'm literally not kidding. Not to mention, these videos are made by sexual predators to lure young viewers to confuse their sexuality and possibly do some serious damage to their frontal lobe. I think I damaged my frontal lobe as well from watching these videos. There are also these slave videos as well. Which are suppose to cater to some sort of fetish? These are legal, by the way. I would watch these girls get humiliated on camera by some creepy dude. Why stuff like this is even allowed, I will never know. For the love of god, don't watch porn at all. Even the vanilla stuff. Get out of the house, for your sake. This Porn stuff should be placed on restrictions or something. I was on YouTube, the other day, and there were these men bragging about meeting this pornstar on this vlog. I won't say her name for privacy reasons. But like, they were drooling all over her and making jokes. When I was watching the video, I didn't laugh. It felt kinda disturbing, to say the least. Do they not know, like? Lul. I think NoFap is really opening my eyes to life. Especially when you start doing the meditation sessions and realize all the beauty that this world has to offer. I honestly don't think I ever want to go back to porn. I don't see a point in it.

  10. So you want horror stories about porn? There's the story of Shelley Luben who was a popular porn star, she was sexually abused as a child and left home when she was a teenager, never felt real love or respect from males in her life. When she was old enough she became a stripper and got headhunted by another porn star who told her about the 'glamorous' life she could live and the money she could earn performing for the camera, she became a porn star for a number of years and through those years became alcoholic and addicted to narcotics in order to cope with the demands placed on her by the agents who told her to do things she wasn't comfortable doing.

These years of abuse in the porn industry mirrored in some way the abuse she suffered as a child, ie:she was still being used as an object, she recounts how in those scenes she often had to be drugged up to become numb to the pain, the emotional and physical pain of those perfomances. None of what she experienced in those scenes could be considered love making. She also caught a few sexually transmitted diseases along the way.

She got lucky because eventually she became friends with a pastor who guided her away from this destructive life style and she married him and founded the pink cross foundation who help pornstars that want to break out of the industry. With this man she eventually felt what it was like to be respected, cherished, loved and he was patient with her while she revealed all her emotional scars.

Pornography is not disimilar to prostitution (they are both exchanging sexual favours for money) and prostitution is rated as the most dangerous profession especially for females due to the extreme risks they take. disproportionate to other professions, prostitution has a high mortality rate, drug misuse, suicide, homicide etc and that can be interlinked with pornography. Agents who represent pornstars are essentially glorified and legalised pimps.

I never understood the extent of the evil of pornography and prostitution when i was growing up as i was so desensitised to it and just naively believed all the myths peddled by the sites and the supporters of porn. Now i understand it and i think today, these women, they are someones daughter or mother (grandmother in some cases) or sister. Think about the women in your life who you truly respect and cherish, the ones who have been a positive influence in your life and think how you would feel if you saw them go down this path? surely a decent man would discourage it, a father would advise against it instead wanting his child to achieve the best out of life, the same with a brother or a son or a true friend. So why is it that with porn these pillars of respect and protection go out the window for the users. The user is contributing to the perpetuation of the misery of these people because off camera it's always a different story

  11. I think those girls would be happier working at McDonald's, probably.

  12. If you read deeper into it, pornstars have a high rate of suicide and drug overdoses. Hell, your better off just going to school and working a crappy job than becoming a pornstar.

  13. The more you watch porn, the more addicted you become. Every time you spend watching porn makes the neural pathways in your head stronger and stronger. This is the dragon you must slay!

  14. Yeah, for the love of God, don't relapse. Every time you relapse, the harder it is going to be to fight back the next time you do NoFap. Don't watch porn at all. Find some hobbies or something.

The last few weeks I realized I didn't even really want to have sex with my fiance, I felt myself wishing that I could go watch porn instead.

Do you know how ridiculous that sounds? I realized how ridiculous it sounds. Stare at a screen using my hand, when I have a real life human being, who's beautiful and wants me.

Porn tricks your brain so hard that you end up thinking ridiculous things, fantasizing about customers at work, coworkers and whoever else. It makes you think that other women want mindless sex, and makes you crave that.

If there are women in the world that want mindless sex, they are an extreme minority ... the majority of women crave real relationships and emotion, they crave love, just like we all should also be craving. Not porn.

The more porn I watched the more times I thought about cheating, about calling a hooker, about ruining an amazing relationship.

It's just not worth it in any way. You'd be better off immersing yourself in World of Warcraft or anything really, go hiking, go speed dating... Anything is better than watching porn

I humbly disagree. While i do agree that porn is probably worse, any kind of video game addiction can fk you up just as much.
And that comes from someone who was addicted to both porn and videogames throughout his entire teens and twenties.
If you go from porn to videogames, you just switched one poison for another. Gotta get rid of both.

The only difference between those two is that videogames in moderation aren't really harmful, while porn in any form or way is harmful, in one way or the other. I'd day quitting both is the best route in life.

Well, we will agree to disagree then. I think initially switching from one form of poison to other is very helpful. As long as you use it to completely replace a bad habit. At least in video games you can be forming healthy relationships with other peers. Maybe you can go join the noWoW forums. But there's probably not a noWoW forum because typically people don't have a problem quitting that game.

I'm just saying but I was addicted to opiates for 4 years and I used video games to beat that addiction. Now I don't play video games as much and I also don't have an opiate addiction.

If you can replace a bad habit with another bad habit that is easier to beat it's probably the better option.

  18. Yep. Your story describes exactly what my story is. I would go with escorts, usually a few times a month for about 20 years. Terrible decision. Wasted my twenties and thirties. Pretty much those 20 years of my life were some of the most miserable years of my life. I started to watch porn back on VHS when I was in middle school. Little did I know the damage it would do to my life. For the majority of my life, I mostly saw women as sex objects. This + the low self-esteem from my porn addiction correlated to me wasting my youth on mindless sex from hookers. And of course, I got into drugs and alcohol to numb the emotional pain of loneliness. If you want to learn how to love and appreciate women, don't watch porn at all. It's one of those silent killers.

  19. I have had more fun listening to music than I ever did watching porn. I mean, there are better alternatives out there. Porn is just so addicting that it seeps in the deepest levels of the brain.
