Day 1 for me. Even though I'm not happy about relapsing yesterday, I'm happy birthday a new day and opportunity to make things right.

Ok done working today. I have got a 5 hour drive home and its 6PM
Its gonna be nice to sleep in My own bed again.

Havent't eaten all Day, doesn't really make the situation better. It has been harder to supress the urges.

Tomorrow will probably be better.
