Good after noon, my name is Grant. I managed to go 140 days without porn in my life. The flatline period of the withdrawal was brutal for me. I was just wondering if I slipped up for two days if I'd have to go through the flatline/withdrawal period all over again. At least hopefully not to the same extent. I am a little bit worried about it so if anyone could drop a comment I'd appreciate it very much.

If you reset one time don’t call it a relapse. If you don’t binge and realize your mistakes that will sure help.

Think of it like this, if you are on a diet for 140 days and you eat a whole cake, have you lost all your progress? Nope, as long as you don’t eat cake every day. Will you still feel like crap for a little bit? Probably. I still feel like crap very often. I haven’t looked at P, but I have reactivated my Facebook at times and oogled some pictures of women and have to deactivate it when I catch myself.

I’m not sure how long it would take for you to loose all your progress you have made, but certainly not slipping up one time.

  3. Not going to sugarcoat it but if you binged you would of done same damage. Don’t continue to binge as that does a lot of damage. Just pick yourself up and battle on, don’t watch porn when you get withdrawal symptoms as they get worse each relapse.

This is a reset, not a relapse. Keep it strong Mr

Thank you so much for your time, and to everyone that replied. It defiantly makes sense with the cake analogy haha.
