    Your only human, you obviously can't control every little impulse you have to M/O
    Know that you are going to have urges, expect them and prepare for them so that when they do come you are ready for them and you will do the right thing
    Don't turn your little slip ups into big one's, acknowledge that you messed up and move past it knowing you won't let it grab hold of your will
    As far as the whole unconscious/sleep thing goes, I just sleep with my hands crossed on my chest that way I'm not tempted to mess with it while inbed but waking up is something I have trouble with too:confused:
    You just gotta push through that haze and find something productive to do, for me I get right up and do push ups because it doesn't require a whole lot of thought I just do it to snap myself out of that urge until I find something else to do, sometimes you need a good shock to the system to remind you why your doing this

    it´s really easy, create physical barriers. how did you relapse? mobile in the bedroom? laptop? put them away, put them in a place were you know you can´t reach. so even if you go automatic mode (acting out without thinking) before sleep you can´t go anywere because the goodies are not available. if you relapse only by jacking off, i won´t give much credit to that, porn is the real danger. plus, knowing that there´s no stimulation material will make you less likely to masturbate. however if you´re upset about masturbation, do the same thing. physical barrier. leave the door open, change the display of the house if you must ;). do a preventive plan bro. you can do it. go!!!!!

    my brother, what can i say? :) you´ve a mountain of inspiration for me and everybody here. i saw you entered this thread, i saw you relapse, and i saw you getting up and day by day achieving this great streak. challenge completed :). not once i saw you complaining, always cool, always peaceful. my friend, my brother, congratulations!!! :) i though on you today "today, tantricman will achieve the 90 days" :).

    i hope you can stay with us because we all need you. and as a treat, can you give some advices to the brothers on how to get the 90 days? much love my friend, you´re the greatest!!! :)

    I had a wet dream tonight. I read an article about the wet dreams and it said that they are happening because your body feels that you have too much energy. So today on football I tried to give out the most of my energy, and tried to run what more I can. Now I have a headache, but I'm happy because I have no energy to PMO, even if I would want to :D I can see that I procrastinated a lot today, and I have to work on that, because that can lead to relapse. I have to be busy

  17. Thank you my brother....you encouraged me all along the way man. I relapsed sbout 10 times....but I got up 11 times.
    I think that is what works for me...
    1. Never give up and take it one day at a time.
    2. Failing is not a catastrophe, it doesnt revert the healing to 0. Its just a bump in the road placed there for learning about ourselves. So no crying but being gentle and loving with ourselves.
    3. Replace and focus on the new habits, for me I learned the dizi, learning italian with duolingo, and mindfulness preactice. I try to workout and that is more challenging with my busy schedule and the other hobbies...

    Above all, being resolute to walk away from this old mistress and know that it is for a much more fulfilling life. I hope this helps..
