    well, it´s a double edged situation. if you´re flirting with someone that can lead to a relapse, especially if the conversation slips to lustful words and behaviours. on the other side if you really love the girl and make a move on her, that´s not so bad. the important is to stay away from all sexual conotation. beware

    hang in there my friend, you know the first days are pure hell. try to sleep well, stay well fed, hydrated and don´t be alone. but overall stay busy, don´t get boredom or sadness creep in. if you feel like lost, ask yourself "what do i really wanna do right now?" and follow the trail of inspiration, slowly the good mood will come back :). let´s go, you can do it bro.

    Thanks, I am going to start a more healthy eating schedule today hopefully this gets me back on track to healing
    I realize that the largest source for my MOing habit is feelings of anxiety and depression so I'm trying to channel that nervous energy into something more productive
    It is such a nervous habit of mine that my brain just often defaults to it whenever I feel like giving up, but no more

    sorry to hear about your relapse. brother, it´s not easy to be "in the moment" cause the mind wanders a lot. BUT there are powerful tools to help you be in the present. be well fed, hydrated and avoid alcohol. also stay away from screens. wether tv, pc, mobile, whatever.... screens makes you have a passive attitude, it robs your awareness and makes you more dull, tired and sad. so stay active. follow the trail of inspiration "what do i really wanna do right now?". if you want to interact with screens that´s fine but only for a specific reason. when that reason is over, the viewing must be over also.

    per example, for the last years i was having breakfast and watching the mobile. then i saw a video explaining how that can make people grumpy in the morning. so i change to reading a book, and my morning mood changed a lot for the better :)

    great progress Starboii, love to read you. keep going my friend, as days go by you´ll feel extra carismatic and the girls will really start to enjoy being around you. overall nofap as a double reward: destroy porn addiction and increase sex appeal ;)

    caught myself again peaking soft nudes. immediatly my eyes start flashing and i could feel my blood pumping. watched a couple of seconds then i shut it down. dramaticaly my motivation for the rest of the day dropped a lot and i just wanted to peak again... addict syndrome :(. i just drag myself on the rest of the day. i even sleep badly because of dry eyes, maybe because of staring...

    but i learn something yesterday. anything that we consciouscely engage with a lustful conotation: wether viewing, hearing, thinking, touching... can make dopamine being release on the already unbalanced brain. this will make us vulnerable to relapses and deplete the motivation for other things (as PMO is still the main drive). so i think it´s really better to make a 180º shift on reality. totally engage in different activies. luckly there´s a million to do things that have nothing to do with sex.

    in the end we have created an epic life and destroy porn addiction in the process ;)

    hang in there my friends. we will make this!!!!
