I’m starting a massive company, I fucken stress out and then binge on junk food when I get home.. All I have is my fucken translator. Then I look to porn for comfort because I’m all alone in a different country boo who.

24 days I releapsed, longest I’ve stayed straight when by myself thanks to everyone on here. I was going to lie to protect my ego but we have to be true to our self while having the upmost integrity. I PMO’d once and didn’t binge.. That shit ain’t gonna help anybody. It’s okay I’m still sober as that was my biggest addiction, now to tackle my PM game.

Good luck to Thanos and Mr monk, I’ll be updating my status and keep my mouth shut for a bit till I get it together.

 

stay strong mate. This is just a bump in the road. although I'm not qualified enough to advise you, you should reduce the dark contents from your mind set. Dark content gives more drive when used minimal. Being optimistic helps more than being pessimistic. And over confidence is also a major enemy in our reboot.

I’ll take constructive advise, I’m open ears. The dark things keep me alive and sober today because I’ve been through hell and back. I reflect on the “hell” becuse it was my past expirences.

Saying that I maintain a positive, happy, optimistic lifestyle. I’m conversing with a local orphanage to teach these kids English because I see myself in these kids. I also agree being humble, also gets you further than over confidence.

@Pedro.lives be strong mate! Some years before (i didn't know about the site) i have try to stop PMO alone. Many times i have fall and at last i stay clean from this stuff 110 days ... But after i relapse i didn't make it again more than maybe a week. (Usually i relapsed every day). After so many ups and downs here i am... Feeling strong and be clean over a month! Keep rising my friend, until the day we never fall again! I believe in this, in me, i believe in you! ;-)
