    it’s been 40 days without masturbation or porn! I felt like writing about it here just to celebrate a bit, you know?

    What’s new? Let’s see. Days 20-25 were really tough and I felt really down. This is no longer the case. I feel dull from time to time but that life.

    Cravings are down too. It’s like my penis still remembers something but isn’t sure anymore what it was.

    Blue balls are still a problem. Icing helps. I’m returning to cold showers too.

    I do notice more confidence. I think it comes from learning to control my urges. Confidence is a result of character building - it’s not magic.

    I have been craving solitude from time to time. Doing lots of meditation. Also, I very much enjoy family time with wife and son - I always did, but now it has a new sheen or something. It’s like I am doing something for them and 100% of me is available.

    Awesome to hear about the enjoyment you feel with your loved ones. To be 40 days without porn will allow you to give all your sexual energy towards your wife.. instead of exhausting it with images and videos. She’ll definitely take notice. And the two of you will be more happy imo! Hope all is going well
