I told my friends I was uncircumcised and now I'm being ridiculed for it.

Well I dont consider it a mutilation any more than I consider getting a organ transplant, pacemaker, vaccination, a tooth pulled, surgery, or any number of other medical procedures a mutilation. It's a medical procedure, that's it. When your born the doctors do any number of things to a newborn, all medical standard procedures.

Just from my own personal experience, I would have rather had this medical procedure done than not. Life would be a little better for me personally. And when my son us born, yes he is having this very standard medical procedure done, along with any number of other medical procedures he will require in life to ensure his quality of life is as good as I strive to make it.

That’s actually normal. I had to force mine down when I was young like 10-13 or somewhere in there. Was scary to do but did a little bit more each day. I don’t think people even did it that much back in the day. I only did it cause my dad said my gramps went to the doc for a stinky tip and they told him you have to peel it back and wash it. So I think it’s pretty normal.

Medical procedure? I honestly do not see the purpose of it. I thought it was a religion thing.

  7. If they we're you're friends they would respect you for who you are. It might of been a dumb move telling them about it since it's personal. Woman won't decline you. They will like you for the person you are. I'm uncircumcised and I've been with a few woman and they surely don't care. If it get's to the point of rumor's, I would say switch schools if its more comfortable for you.
Don't worry about it for now and just try to make some friends that respect you.

Smell, comfort, not holding pee in your tip, sexual comfort, sexual comfort of partner, once again the smell, extreme pain when the foreskin is pulled back, extreme pain when trying to have sex, extreme pain when trying to clean, extreme pain in general, and lastly the smell. Take your pick as to the purpose for it. I'm an atheist and really wish I was cut.

I guess it is a matter of opinion then. I am an atheist too and I like having skin there.

If you have extreme pain when the foreskin is pulled back and trying to have sex you should see an urologist. Maybe your frenulum is too short or your foreskin too tight.

If your frenulum is too short, you can get it "enhanced" by an urologist, there's no need to cut away the foreskin. And if your foreskin is too tight, you can slowly stretch it over time... skin is very stretchy... It takes about 2-3 weeks usually.

I'm uncircumcised and I don't have any of the problems you mentioned, but used to have it.

In my opinion getting circumcised is a barbarian act, if there's no need to do it.

Oh so having a newborn baby cut away a part of his body for a non-medical reason without so much as having a choice or say in it is not considered a mutilation?

It's not a "medical procedure" if it doesn't serve in helping with any medical condition or has no medical reason. And most circumcision are without medical reason rather than cultural conformity and religious reasons.

I am European and we very much don't understand why US people mutilate their children.

With your train of logic I could have a physician cut of my future boy's nipples and call it a "medical procedure".

Well, you can still have it cut now, there is nothing holding back from making that decision yourself.

Yeah, but they do not start slicing healthy tissue away from the body! They do not remove the toenails in case the person gets ingrown toenails or a fungal infection in their nails as an adult. o_O Arbitrary mutilation of a boy's genitals at birth  is simply barbaric. If an adult elects to have surgery on their penis, that is a decision for them. But that decision should never be taken for child, unless it is a medical necessity.

Well, you can be circumcised any time, while they can't do anything to grow a foreskin...

Sounds like phimosis or frenulum breve. I used to have both when I was a kid. Now, it's repaired and my life changed...

Just stretch it out a little bit more every day. Until you can pull it down erect, won’t hurt after a while guaranteed. Once you can pull it back you can wash it properly. Wash er good with soap in the morning and it should be fine. If you can’t pull it back it will smell obviously, especially if your MO’ing. Just work on pulling it back slowly. Cut it off if you want but I think personally it’s not as good or natural. It’s obviously there for a reason in the first place.

Well that is not an option with my small size, virtually impossible and my fiancee wont try because it hurts to much.

I had my tonsils and adenoids out when I was a kid, did not give my permission. Trusted the doctor and the medical procedure that was being conducted on the very small child I was. Had a couple teeth removed, never once did I give permission. Had any number of medical procedures done when I was a kid that I did not give permission for. It absolutely serves a purpose, all the ones I mentioned before. I take one piss after a shower and the smell is overwhelming at times. I go a couple of hours without a shower, if smells fucking horrid from pissing.

I have looked into getting circumcised as an adult. Unfortunately as an adult it hurts a shit load more than when your a child, the nerve endings are not fully formed when your a kid, hence why its medically sound to do the procedure as a child. As an adult the trauma from the surgery ends up being set mentally and the pain is fused causing more erectile dysfunction than porn.

Simply my opinion. I was given a shitty stick when it comes to my dick, being cut would have made things a little easier with an already nearly useless thing.

Yes, but only if its not frenulum breve.

    @Spitfirewho

Maybe you don't even need to get your foreskin removed. There are various reasons.

Look up your dick, there's kind of like a "tie" on your foreskin... if it hurts when you're pulling it back, you may notice you reached the end of that tie. This is called frenulum breve - your frenulum is too short and doesn't allow your foreskin to get pulled back. And this hurts like hell yes, but it is a very simple operation. I had it myself pretty late in my early 20s, when I first wanted to have sex and noticed about this is going to get a problem. It hurts, yes, but its not a trauma. ... and there will always be trauma in life. It depends on you if you want to move through the rest of your life with that problem or fix it.

After the operation you just have to do some foreskin stretching for a few weeks and you'll be fine.
