    Hi NoFap Community:

I succesfully went a full 30 days without PMO but last night I had to reset my badge. In this period, I started to have awful thoughts about other people but I was able to fight them with meditation.

Also, I improved my perfomance at work during this period and exercise helped me to keep my mind out of this topic.

Today is Day 1 (again) but now I know what to expect. I will do my best to accomplish 60 days without PMO.

I identified what made me reset. Dissapointment and anger led me to PMO. Next time I see my self in this situation, I will try to reach someone or hit the pannic button.

Keep going! We can do this together as a community.
Another tip you can do to avoid PMO is to be active in this community during desperate times.

  5. You just have to dust yourself up mate and keep going.

This is a self discovery process, one which requires your honesty and your accountability to only yourself.

The community is there to support you in your endeavors.

With consistency, you will emerge a much stronger and better person out of this.

For me these were always the causes of relapses : Stress, disappointments, thinking about the past..

IT IS GREAT THAT YOU WENT 30 DAYS -- WOO-- HOOO !!!!!!!! :)

In my opinion, the way to have SUCCESS over urges or temptations is to make a list then apply it -- regardless of how we "feel"...………..
(Hold a knife to the throat [carotid artery ; side of neck] of "feelings" -- and tell them what to do.)

You can call your list: STUD LIST, SPECIAL FORCES LIST, LIST OF OPTIONS, etc. (whatever works for you).

HOW TO GET VICTORY OVER TEMPORARY TEMPTATIONS
#1 Secret = Get Off Your Butt [Heineken] and Go Outside 2- Go on NoFap and make a post; or "like" some posts; or give advice 3- Listen to and Dance to your favorite music (fun and gets rid of excess energy) 4- Exercise, go to gym, go for a walk 5- Go to mall and talk with any women you like 6- Go to store and buy yourself a treat (reward) 7- Do your favorite hobby 8- Call, email or go visit a friend 9- go walk a wonderful dog "Woof" 10 - Have a "WHATEVER IT TAKES" attitude or mindset 11- Do a good deed for someone (extra points if they don't know who did it) 12- Meditate to help relax yourself; take a break; or take a nap (remind yourself that you are 100% in control and 100% responsible for your behavior-actions) 13- "All Things Are Possible" 14 - One day at a time

#10 WHATEVER IT TAKES IS BECOMING A H-A-B-I-T

    APPLICATION = SUCCESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone can do NoFap -- application is key …..

  8. hey man
thanks for posting this. I relapsed after 47 days, and I relapsed really really bad. I went NO PMO for 47 freakin days and I relapsed back to porn. I relapsed so bad. I feel so guilty and I almost gave up, I thought I lost the war with myself. but than I found this website and finally I was no longer alone or fighting this battle alone. I found hope, I found faith. I found you guys. we never fail we just become more determined. Im going to read you post once again to remind myself I'm not alone and yes we will fight this now and forever. may we grow stronger.

    Thanks man.
