    hello everyone, yes is day one and i am very exiting to start this new try. i lasted 5 days and i am very proud of that because i was i am very bad streak of bad days. so now that i have days i will take advantage of that and i will last more time so my body will be fixing and creating a habit of lasting various days. so wish me luck
