Psychotherapy, therapeutic writing/journaling, meditation (have you even applied all of them to the fullest extent, if at all?), just to name a few, are all great tools for releasing past pain and traumas, and you wanna jump over all of it straight to yoni? Sounds to me like you're deluding yourself. And even if you are not and your intentions are real, it's still dumb. Water fasting is amazing tool for dealing with addictions and very healthy for the body in many ways in general, but not something to be messed with if one has a history of eating disorders. Same goes for this; might be great tool for some, but not to be messed with for people who are on nofap...

What's going to happen is that you gonna do this for "therapeutic purposes" and it will feel good. Next thing you know you wake up in front of your computer watching porn video and wondering how this happened...
