    Hey everyone,

    I am Nick and have quitted masturbation for 4 days now. I am feeling reborn already. It is not my first try though and I am hoping to go over my personal best of 45 days this time.

    I am also into self-improvement, fitness and martial arts.

    It's been 7 days for me and I feel the same way, so nice to walk around and not just see body parts on the women around me. Life is about so much more! This is a whole new life style not just a series of reboots. There is total and complete victory waiting at the end of this journey, Stay strong!
