my mind tells me 'why quit ? '

    i've been addicted porn for the past 10 years and now i want to quit but my mind tells me that this don't make sense i can't see womens as people anymore they are like objects or only body parts and i think this is sick and that i'am sick but my brain tells me this is normal.. i want to quit but i don't want to quit i'm so sad with myself and so confused. i read a lot about porn addict. and i know how to fight this but i don't believe that i will make it.
    i took almost 30 minutes just to write this 6 lines text and i don't think this even make sense.

    Just take time to read these mens struggles maybe it will unlock the confusion your having.
    In the meantime just stop porn and MO, nothing ever good comes from it!

    You can do this, do it one step at a time. Focus your mind on today. Conquer today by coming clean at the end with no PMO. Go to bed. Wake up next day, focus on keeping your guard up and doing productive things. Same every day. Just don't ever worry about the next day. Just today. Eventually, the number of days with Nofap will climb and grow. You can do it! Like seriously, you are fully capable of deciding to not do PMO today. Success is inevitable, just make it your priority and you will win.

    the idea of maintain a streak was scary and tiring for me. But focusing on day by day its just awasome (how i never realise that) thanks so much
