90 Days Challenge Completed

I Have Completed my 90 days of NoFap without Relapsing on my first attempt.
I am 25 ,I did Nofap bcoz i have many health issues, so i gave nofap a shot .
i Have Got drastic change in my attitude which is changing the way i look at my Health and problems. I was negative used to get suicidal thoughts daily, i used to cry at night , i remember i keep looking at fan and now i realize how ugly and lifeless it was, but this is the first time in last 50 or 60 days i realize i am not getting that thoughts any more and second, my one of the few dizziness problem is gone.That is good ,still there are more, Now i wake up at 5 do some yoga , but still there are many changes i want to implement . Its far better now from back then , at least i am positive now and i am analyzing how to do things. my mom keeps telling me that u look more energetic and positive now , I Just say its who i a. , we all have many problems . we are here to fight with them and win them over .we should never skip our problems or surrender .

Hehee, Welcome to real life, first 7-10 days are going to be hard for you, just clear them like a fire, then after it will get little better , but u need to make sure that u don't think any adult thoughts ,and never ever browse porn for calming yourself ,it will make you more frustrate without masturbating . after 30-45 days you are gonna feel lot better , U will realise how awesome you r doing when u dont even think a bit of it. the benefits cannot be counted , just stick to it.
